Payments
All prices are shown in South African rand. Card payments are processed securely by Yoco. Your full order total, including any applicable delivery charge, is displayed before payment. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. Everyday Ease does not store your full card details.
Delivery
Free delivery within South Africa is included for the R899 Cordless Cleaning Kit. Delivery is estimated within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Remote areas or circumstances outside our reasonable control may take longer. Tracking is sent when available.
Warranty and product support
Our goods are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the six-month implied warranty applicable to defective, unsafe or unreasonably short-lived goods. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or ordinary wear is excluded where permitted by law.
Returns and cancellations
Qualifying online purchases may be cancelled within 7 days after delivery under applicable law. Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days if the item is unused, complete and in its original packaging. Return delivery is normally for the customer’s account unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full conditions.
