TERMS OF SERVICE

Overview

This online store is operated under the Everyday Ease trading brand. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Everyday Ease. These terms apply to your use of everydayease.co.za and to purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen, and minor packaging changes may occur. Product availability and supplier pricing can change. We may correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors and will contact you if an affected order must be changed or cancelled.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully authorised and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurred, fraud is suspected or we cannot lawfully fulfil it. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery details.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand. Available payment methods appear at checkout. The full order total, including any applicable delivery charge, is displayed before payment.

Delivery

Delivery estimates and charges are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delays outside our reasonable control may occur. Risk passes in accordance with applicable consumer law when the order is delivered.

Returns and product quality

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Products must be used according to the supplied instructions. Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the store or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual property

Store branding, original text, graphics and site design may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the product or site. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy law.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing the revised version on this site. The terms applying to an order are those available when the order was placed.
