SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery area

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Remote or outlying areas and circumstances outside our reasonable control may take longer.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge shown at checkout applies. Standard delivery is free for qualifying orders of R770 or more; otherwise the current standard rate is R100. The complete order total is displayed before payment.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed after successful payment. Tracking details are sent when available after the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery information

Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and reachable contact information. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated delivery attempt may be payable where permitted by law.

Delays, loss and damage

Contact hello@everydayease.co.za if a parcel is late, damaged or missing. We will investigate with the courier and apply the remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Order changes

Contact us immediately if an address or order detail must change. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
